Obituary of Jorge Mario Ramirez-Calvillo

Jorge Mario Ramirez-Calvillo, 29, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2021 at his home in Colorado. He was born in Torrance, California on January 8, 1992. That day Earth gained an amazing, kind and loving human being. He was the first-born child of two loving parents, Jorge and Maria Ramirez. Since his father's name was also Jorge, we called him Jorgito. Growing up, dad also had a nickname, Toto, for him.He is survived by his mother, father, and two younger brothers, Cristian and Michael. He is also survived by numerous family members, including two loving grandmas, and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Jorgito attended school here in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While he lived in Colorado the majority of his life, he was always so prideful to be from California.Early on in his life, he loved to spend time with his many cousins and friends which formed unbreakable bonds between all of them. He absolutely loved to play the game of soccer and played it all the way up until high school. He seemed to always be the rebel of the group, no matter who it was that surrounded him.In his recent years, Jorgito found joy in the smallest of things and it didn't take much to please him. He thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of fishing. Nothing compared to the pure ecstasy that filled him from playing his favorite video game, Call of Duty: Zombies. If he wasn't binge watching Breaking Bad, he was watching one of his few favorite movies, always on repeat. Jorgito also enjoyed being active, whether it was going on a walk or spending numerous hours on an exercise bike at the gym.Although he mostly worked with his father doing stucco, he was such a hard worker, he even worked with his mother cleaning. It was also one of the few things he thoroughly enjoyed doing, work hard and clean around the house. He was a such a young soul who enjoyed the little things in life. He never really had much throughout his life and rarely asked for more. Jorgito always offered to give first, even what he received. He always kept his faith in God and owned a bible no matter what stage of life he was in. Jorgito will be deeply missed and never forgotten. May he live in eternal peace and fly high in Heaven with the angels.A private Visitation will be held 4:00PM - 8:00PM, Friday, March 12, 2021.Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM, Saturday, March 13, 2021, The Springs Funeral Services - North, 6575 Oakwood Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
