To Susan, family and all.. thinking you so much at this time, although you are far away from us.. you are not really, you are in our hearts right now.. heart felt love from the Muddles, and Ridgeway's down- Under now. The few great weeks we all had together at Hickam air force base all those years ago now.. swimming, shopping, site seeing, going out around.. it was wonderful times together. John was a truly inspiring individual no doubt about that.., no matter rank, no matter the individual he always had time of day for them.. all were equal & you always felt 'at ease..' to talk to him, I remember some poor young soldier serving in the heat at the gate.. as we entered the base, he sprung a conversation up with him and thanked him for his duty. 30 years on, if I have any volunteers or workers at all.., or workers putting in the hard yakka.. as we would say. I will always thank them for their efforts. inspired & reminded by that very moment.. John, 30 more years ago. We love you all heaps OK, God Bless... Shane.
