Obituary of Ottah Asim Williams

Ottah Asim Williams, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to William Sellers and Pamela Williams on April 23, 1979. He passed away on March 23, 2021 in Colorado Springs.Ottah enjoyed being an apprentice; art, tattoos, and drawing were passions of his. Music was also a life dream. He also had a great love for dogs."For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 KJVOttah was cared for by his beloved grandmother, Mildred Williams. His family cherished the bundle of joy. Ottah was known and loved for his wide grin and smiling eyes. He loved playing jokes and kept laughter around, but most of all, our love. When we were given his life his family was complete.Ottah's smiling eyes and his wide grin will keep us until we are Heaven bound.He is preceded in death by his father, William Sellers; mother, Pamela Williams; grandparents, Harry and Mildred Williams; uncle, Larry Sellers; and his cousin, Saleenya Williams.Ottah is survived by his wife, Sandrelle Dowdin Williams of Denver, Colorado; his children, Patience Williams, Marcel Williams, and Justeveah; as well as uncles, Robert Williams, Harry Williams, Gilbert Williams, Keith Sellers, Perry Sellers, and Percy Sellers; aunts, Mildred Staten, Gloria Goodwin, Barbara Allen, Paulette Wilder, and Valerie Williams; and especially his little cousins, John Nelson, Anthony Williams, Sharmayne Williams, and Curtis Williams; and many extended family and friends.Visitation, 12:00PM-1:00PM, Funeral Service following, 2:00PM, Saturday, April 3, 2021, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.Attendees for the Visitation and Funeral will be capped at 75 people.
