Thelma Joyce Norton, 78, died March 23, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born April 2, 1942 to Wesley Robert and Margaret Ellen (Matthews) Mitchell in Cicero, Illinois.Thelma was a Registered Nurse. She loved to travel, especially out of the country, and has been everywhere. Thelma also loved being around her family and friends.She is preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Margaret Mitchell.Thelma is survived by her son, David Candelaria; her grandson, Mike Candelaria; and granddaughter, Kasey Johnson.Services are pending.
