Obituary of MSgt Anthony John Mariani, USAF,

Anthony Mariani, 83, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on April 30, 2021 in Pueblo Colorado.He was born February 24, 1938 to Giovanni and Amelia Mariani in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He earned his Associate's of Applied Science Business Management from Pikes Peak Community College in 1983. Tony was in the Air Force for twenty-two and a half years as a draftsman and then worked as a graphic designer for Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies for over thirty-one years. He received the Bronze Star for the military with Honorable Discharge. He was proud to support many organizations such as St. Jude's, Oblate Missions, Vietnam Veteran Memorial Fund, Feed the Children and both the firefighter and police officers funds. Tony enjoyed his family, and he was most proud of his grandchildren.He is preceded in death by his mother, Amelia Mariani; his father, Giovanni Mariani; his brothers, Ralph Mariani and Julio Mariani; and his sister, Theresa Migliarese.Tony is survived by his sister, Helen Liberatore; wife, Bonnie Mariani; his children, Tony Mariani (m. Stacy Gahn), Angel Deason, and Gina Romero (m. Jim Romero); his grandchildren, J.R. Deason, Tyler Kovacich, Brooklyn Romero, Faith Deason, Mitchell Romero (m. Angelica Romero), Brandon Butler, and Camden Romero.
