Obituary of Richard Gene Pacheco

Richard Gene "Rick" Pacheco, 57, died May 5, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.�Rick was born September 12, 1963 in Colorado Springs to Frank, Jr. and Eloyce (Archuleta) Pacheco. He was a lifetime resident of Colorado Springs. Rick graduated from Palmer High School and studied at the University of Colorado.� He was the owner and operator of RGP Painting.�Rick was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing at Eleven Mile State Park. He was the ultimate Denver Broncos fan and also loved music, weightlifting, mountain biking, and poker. Rick had a great sense of humor and his laugh was contagious.�He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Eloyce Pacheco and brother-in-law Edward Kohlmeyer. Richard is survived by his son, Michael Frank (Breana) Pacheco; brothers, Franklin (Diana) Pacheco, Fred (Una) Archuleta; and sisters, Regina Kohlmeyer and Marie Baller; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.�Interment 3:00PM, Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Evergreen Cemetery 1005 Hancock Expressway, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
