Obituary of Cathie Lee Kelley Phillips

Cathie succumbed to pancreatic cancer after a long, difficult and brave battle Friday night May 21, 2021. She surely began her ascent to the side of her beloved Jesus.She leaves a huge gap in many lives including her husband, Garry; sons, Roy and Drew; and daughter, Abigail; sister, Gin (Virginia); and brother, Jack. Her three grandchildren, as well as countless friends lives she has touched and enhanced through the years.Cathie is the true heart and soul of our family, beyond raising three wonderful children with great love and understanding, she has been an inspiration in her unselfish manner, doing for, and truly caring for all she came in contact with. Be it entertaining children at Halloween with spooky stories as her character "Grezelda",��or designing and producing costumes for the girls of the Dance Center, or making clothing and blankets to donate to the needy through the Marian House. Cathie was a true Giver to all. Her goodness was limitless and her selflessness will be remembered and cherished for all our lives.Although we will all miss Cathie's physical presence, all who know and love her also know that she will never be out of our lives. She will be keeping track and periodically touching us in ways that only she can do. Her love will stay with us, till we meet again.Two services will be held. One service will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 in Colorado and the second service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021 in Florida.
