Phil is my cousin. Growing up our 2 families spent a lot of time together. Phil and my brother, Kippy, were close, as I was with Phil's sisters, Lynniece and Vivian. Phil and Kippy were always pulling pranks on us. What a pain they were then, but i am sure we would welcome it today. When my brother, Kippy, got cancer, Phil was by side as often as possible to the very end and was with us to celebrate Kippy's life. Watching them laugh at the memories they shared was priceless. When I went to the viewing, I could not help it when I asked Phil if he and Kippy were behaving themselves up there. AND, my daughter quickly responded and said "you know they're not" lolol. You will be missed by many. I love you with all my heart and your beautiful family also. RIP and God Bless!!!❤️

Phil was a great man. He was like a father to me. Growing up he treated me as his own. My heart goes to the family as he was a sweet caring man. He would always pick on me by poking me in my side and it would turn into an all out war. Him and his family welcomed me into their home no matter what. I'd would be there for days and each morning he'd ask me in his sarcastic tone "you're still here. You haven't gone home yet"? I was always at home when I was there. They made their house a home and a comfortable place to be. My heart aches for his loss. The world truly lost a great man. Rest easy old man. You'll truly be missed....love, Your monkey
