Obituary of Leonor "Elizabeth" Rodriguez-Martinez

Born on March 9, 1972, Leonor Elizabeth Rodriguez-Martinez, beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend passed away unexpectedly from a medical episode on July 7, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She leaves behind a loving husband, Humberto Rodriguez-Martinez; three daughters, Lauryn, Lyna, and Lydia; and one son, Lucas. They all thought she was the sun to their universe. She is also survived by her father, Jose Martinez; sisters, Lesley Ann Martinez and Lindsey Ulani Martinez; and brother, Jesse Martinez. She was reunited with her mother, Alicia Gonzalez, who passed earlier this year.Lizzy was one incredible human being, she loved deeply and cared for others tirelessly. She touched the lives of many in the community and you didn't leave her without knowing that you met someone special. She made a positive and lasting impact on everyone she came into contact with. She was beautiful inside and out, with a warm and welcoming smile that would melt your heart. She was passionate about her community and did all she could to assist, encourage, and care for everyone.
