Obituary of Jacob Charles William Rice

Jacob C. W. Rice, 32, of Colorado Springs, Colorado died July 29, 2021 in Divide, Colorado.He was born March 22, 1989 to Jauni Reader and Tim Rice in Shelton, Washington.Jacob went to Doherty High School and graduated in 2007. After graduation He went into landscaping. Jacob was free spirited, loved the outdoors, mountains, oceans, frisbee golf, tattooing, and always put others before himself.He was preceded in death by his mother, Jauni Rae Reader; and grandmother, Paula Sandel.Jacob is survived by his father, Timothy (Vikki) Rice; brother, Wyatt Carter; sister, Delaini Rice; and grandparents, Sandra and Paul Melton, Richard "Bear" Reader, and Chuck and Jean Borden.The family wishes to extend their gratitude to their family and friends for their support in this time of grief.Memorial Service, 3:00PM, Thursday, August 19, 2021, The Springs Funeral Services-North, 6575 Oakwood Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80923.The family request that attendees dress colorful and casual in honor of Jacob.
