I worked for Tedd while I was in High School. What an energetic mentor he was to me in all things business and life. He always made time for me even though I was a self-centered teenager at the time. He gave me my first financial planning to freedom book at the age of 17. I held onto for years. He lent me his jeep for one summer so that I could embrace the "cool" that I thought I was. He was so very generous to me. I wish I would have stayed in better contact with him as I got older. As a current owner of a business, I hope he would be proud of what I've become. - Tara

We all have our difficulties and problems. Sometimes most of us want to complain and feel sorry for ourselves -- at least occasionally. Spending time with Tedd was very humbling. He was one of that rare bread who just persevered in the face of all difficulties. Always interested in visiting about things of mutual interest, never a word about his problems. Always a quick greeting and a kind smile. How I wish I could be as strong as Tedd was! I am, too often, reminded these days that it is not what we do in the fraction of an instant we are given on this mortal plane, it is who we touch and how we touch them that matters in the end; and the end is coming for all of us far sooner than we believe. For Tedd, it was far sooner than it should have been. Mic McPherson
