Bill's passing has left everyone who knew him, with a heavy heart and in disbelief. He was caring, giving, and ready to help anyone who needed his help, and always without hesitation. He had a kind and gentle soul. He was also funny, and he was always telling me his " Idaho" joke. No matter how many times he told it, we always laughed. We spent time with Bill, Myra and other family members in Vegas, less than a week before Bill's passing, which makes it more difficult since he passed so soon upon his return to Colorado. Bill will remain in our hearts and in our memories. Myrna and John

Bill was a brother-in-law in name, but we all considered him to be more like a brother. I've been lucky to know him for over 25 years. Bill's actions were always kind and caring. If someone needed help, he was there. And, I never heard him complain about anything. We've shared years of laughs. Bill will live on in each of us, with our stories and memories. Rest In Peace. Until we meet again.

It's very rare to meet someone and your first impression of them is the thought of a truly genuine, nice, caring, very thoughtful person but Bill fit that mold to a tee from our very first meeting. Bill was always there to help out with what ever you needed never expecting anything in return. His non judgmental quiet demeanor and infectious laugh are but a few things I will miss. What Bill never knew was while I was around him he made me want to be a better man. One memory which always come to mind was sitting with him outside at family holiday gatherings and talking about what he got my sister and his son for Christmas and being so excited for what there reactions would be and never bringing up what he may want only caring for their happiness and how it made him feel. Bill, you were a huge part of this family and will truly be missed. Until we meet again, I miss and love you. Mel

Holidays won't quite be the same. Bill was our families designated potato man. It wasn't Thanksgiving or Christmas if our traditional Spanish ‘reinno' wasn't there. Bill and Myra took this on pretty much every year without anyone having to ask. In most families and through the years different families come to count on family for certain things. This was our certain thing for all of us. We can take the memories we got to share the weekend before his passing and will especially remember your place in our family at our Holiday get togethers. Until we all meet up again. We miss and love you. Morris and Mary

Bill shared at least 30 Thanksgivings and Christmases with me, and our big family. He always was my Turkey carver, and kitchen help, with gentle kindness and good humor. I remember him sharing kitchen secrets and laughs with me. He never told on my Turkey Gaffes. I'll miss Bill, and he will be in my heart every holiday in the kitchen. ❤️

Bill's unexpected passing is such a shock. Hard to believe we were all just together and now so thankful for that time. Bill was in the family so many years I considered him a brother and used to call him Brother Bill. I don't know why he got so much joy out of that but he did. We exchanged many jovial birthday cards about getting older, etc., and always tried to top each other with a funnier one. Usually his were better than mine and he also got a lot of joy out of that. I will miss Bill's sense of humor but most especially his caring. We've been through good times and bad together and he was always there. He was such a good hearted person and I'm thankful for many vacations together over the years, time spent hanging out at the house, and the many dinners shared together. People as kind as Bill don't come along very often; we were all lucky to have him in our lives for so long. I'll see you again Brother Bill, until then know you're in my heart.
