Dear family members; today (12 jan 22); I just learned of the passing of Monica. I worked with Monica at the NORAD legal office, when she joined the group around 2004. She was such a professionnal and all around great person. So sweet. May she rest in peace. (Maj retired, J. Caron-Cdn army JAG officer)

I have not seen Monica in many years but she was one of the most sweetest and beautiful young lady along with wife ,mother ,and grandmother. We loved her and the family very much .She is now pain free and rejoicing with our Lord and Saviour .Our Prayers are with the family We love you Greg& Susie Asbell .
