Ilva Eugenie Normil Boynes, 85, died on October 9, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born December 9, 1935 to Leonard and Mary (Hendricks) Normil in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Ilva was a hospital personnel administrator. She is survived by her son, Alan Lewis; her granddaughters, Alina D. Lewis and Alisa D. Lewis; her great-granddaughters, Emani N. Lewis, and Trinity R. Thomas; and her grandsons, Justin J. Paul, and Rashid A. Paul.
