Obituary of Leo Dale Meyer

Leo Dale Meyer, 72, died on October 13, 2021 in Fountain, Colorado.He was born May 4, 1949 to Lewis and Carol (Wilson) Meyer in Goodland, Kansas. Leo attended Goodland High School and graduated in 1967. He went on to earn a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture from Kansas State University. Leo was the owner and driver for Meyer Trucking Inc. for over thirty years. He is survived by his wife, Betty Hughes of Fountain, Colorado; his daughter, Stephanie Meyer; his stepsons, Sean and Tim Hughes; his three sisters, Vera Saunders, Connie Cox, and Lucille Melroy; and his brothers, Gary and Don Meyer. The family wishes to extend their thanks and gratitude to Compassus Hospice.
