Judith Anne Bowman, 80, died on October 27, 2021, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born December 15, 1940, to Howard Eugene and Lucille Lenore (Anderson) Silliman in Price, Utah. Judith was a teacher. She served in the United States Air Force.She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lynn Bowman; and her parents, Howard and Lucille Silliman.Judith is survived by her son, Christopher Bowman; her daughter, Kristi Elizabeth (Chris) Fuller of Springs, Texas; her brother, Jeff (Connie) Silliman of Millcreek, Utah; and her sister, Karen Smith of Green River, Utah.
