Obituary of Dawn Marie Gifford

Dawn Marie Gifford, age 56, passed away peacefully October 30, 2021, due to breast cancer that had spread to her bones and lungs. She was born May 31, 1965 in Peoria, Illinois to Terri Ramirez and Harold Pierce. Dawn enjoyed helping people in need including animals. She was well known for her kind heart and loving nature.Dawn was a single mother most of her life and devoted her life to her four children. The majority of her life she was a manager in several different establishments working around the clock to provide for her children.She is survived by her mother, Terri Ramirez; her father-in-law, Ramon Ramirez; her four children, Joshua Howe, Christopher Jensen, Krystal (Kory Sanders) Jensen, and Cassandra (Brandon Shaffer) Jensen; her fifteen grandchildren; and her two brothers, Derek Pierce and Shanun (Carmen "Lisa" French) Pierce.
