Obituary of Michael William Landon
Michael "Mike" Landon, a hemp-cannabis chemist and nearly a life-long resident of Denver, Colorado, died unexpectedly in his home on October 20, 2021. Mike was an extraordinary bright man who had a beaming voice that can be heard over a large crowd. Everywhere he went, he had the ability to make friends and connect with people. That was one of his many great attributes. Not only was his smile contagious but also his laughter. A lot of his close friends and family would agree that there were two sides of Mike; a strong willed protector and a gentle giant. Outspoken and never afraid to tell people what was on his mind or how he was feeling, yet sympatric to others when they were down. If a friend or a family member was ever in distress, Mike was always there to lend a helping hand. He would practically give the shirt of his back if you needed it. Mike was born July 4, 1990, in Portland, Oregon and moved to Colorado when he was six years old. Although there were some rough patches in Mike's life, he never let those problems tie him down or stop him from doing what he wanted to do. Mike is survived by his fianc, Ashley, of eight years who he adored and cherished. He would never introduce her as his girlfriend or fianc, he made her the title of his wife because she was the one, he knew he wanted to grow old and gray with. During this time, he wouldn't want his loved ones to feel sad but take a shot and share all the stories and memories of him, or how Mike would like to put it, "Here's to whiskey, here's to water, if you can't cum here, cum on her."Memorial Service, 2:00PM, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, The Springs Funeral Services - North, 6575 Oakwood Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado
