Obituary of Revonna Mae Farwell

Revonna Mae Farwell was born on August 26, 1954, in Tennessee, to Francis McClure Grams and Clarence Ivey. She departed her loving family on December 31, 2021, at the age of 67.Revonna was a devoted and exceptionally caring mother of five children, Joel, Aura, Celeste, Ian and Lucas. She was a proud, loving grandmother to Abigail, Lauryn, Kristen, Megan, Haley, Elijah, Maddox, Aviana, Marlee, and Jaxon. Revonna was also survived by her dedicated companion, Andy Shehorn; and her sister, Deborah Nicolas.Revonna enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading, and swimming. Her favorite thing was to have family gatherings and celebrations where she was surrounded by loved ones. She created a comfortable and welcoming home to all those that she cared about. She loved being by the water, especially Mount Princeton Hot Springs and the ocean. She enjoyed traveling and cherished cabin get-aways in the mountains. Revonna's children and grandchildren were the center of her life, and she was gifted at making holidays and events magical. She had a rare, compassionate, forgiving and understanding nature and always thrived to see the good in people and situations. She was a pleasure to be around, laughed as much as she could and found beauty in life. She was the foundation and pillar of her family and friends and was always a warm shoulder to cry on. We all loved her for her powerful and amazing presence and spirit. She was loved by everyone and will be forgotten by no one. She is reunited with her son, Ian Nathanial Phalen, in heaven, and will forever be our Guardian Angel.Memorial Service, 10:30AM, Saturday, January 15, 2022, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.MotherIf I could give you diamondsFor each tear you cried for meIf I could give you sapphiresFor each truth you've helped me seeIf I could give you rubiesFor the heartache that you've knownIf I could give you pearlsFor the wisdom that you've shownThen you'll have a treasure, Mother,That would mount up to the skiesThat would almost matchThe sparkle in your kind and loving eyesBut I have no pearls, no diamonds,As I'm sure you're well awareSo, I'll give you gifts more preciousMy devotion, love and care~Author Unknown Events Memorial Service Saturday, January 15, 2022 10:30AM The Springs Funeral Services 3115 East Platte Avenue Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Phone: 719-207-8855
