Obituary of Kathleen Celeste Miller

Kathleen Celeste Miller, of Colorado Springs, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 7, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on January 13, 1962 to William L. Miller and Louella L. (Saumure) Miller in Colorado Springs, Colorado . Kathleen went to Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado and graduated in 1980. She earned an Associate's Degree in Business from Blair Junior College, and spent the majority of her life working in Health Insurance as a Customer Service Representative. She dedicated twenty-three years to Anthem/WellPointe where she medically retired in 2019.Kathleen loved to craft, especially cross stitching. She was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother to her only son and grandson, Jeffrey and Matthew. They were her pride and joy. She was a loving daughter and sister, who loved her family deeply. She was very humble and giving to those she loved, knew, or came in contact with. Her loving and caring personality was contagious, and had a lasting effect on all who had the opportunity to experience it. Kathleen will be greatly missed by all whom she held a special place in their hearts.She is preceded in death by her father, William Miller in 2007; grandmother, Jeanne C. Hamelin in 2000; son, Nicholas Hammond in 1982. Kathleen is survived by her son, Jeffrey Hammond; grandson, Matthew Hammond; mother, Louella L. Miller; brother, William L. Miller; and sisters, Louella L. and Gloria M. Miller. All of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her family has been blessed and fortunate to have the memories and experiences shared with Kathleen.
