I had the privilege to work with Shawn on a few high profile government projects. This guy was a machine in and out of work. Day in and out. He always had a sence of humor. We all loved this guy. But we ll could tell you that his daughter was #1 in his heart. He talked about her all the time. Hopefully he has found peace. We will miss you.

I just had a memory of us all camping one time when late one night it started to pour rain on us. We all made a dash for our tents. Shawn tripped over my tent stakes on the way to his and bent the main supporting pole for my tent into what looked like the letter (s). He then turned it at just the right angle to me so as to look like it was still straight and said " see Frankie,...good as new!" couldn't stop laughing after that, didn't even care about the rain.

I have great memories from the time that Shawn and I worked on the same crew at Fort Carson. We had many good laughs, and we were part of a great team. Shawn also took up gardening and cooking and prepared a wonderful meal for Connie and me. He was a great spirit and will be sadly missed by both of us.
