Obituary of Linda Ann Duplessis

On May 10, 2022, Linda Ann Duplessis peacefully went home to be with our lord.� She was a native to Gonzales, Louisiana. She was a proud graduate of East Ascension High School, a world class cook and could never turn down a malted strawberry milkshake.�Linda was born on August 18, 1951 to Harvey and Margie (Lebeau) Duplessis in Gonzales, Louisiana.She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Margie (Lebeau) Duplessis; her brothers, Glenn and Teddy; and her beloved daughter, Linda Rae Brewerton.Linda is survived by her husband, Richard Carl Rogers; sister, Ava (Lyle); brothers, Brett (Joyce), and Dana (Victoria); her children, Amy (Justin), and, Joe (Melissa); her favorite grandson, Jackson and Virginia Jeme Brewerton; and, the many unofficially adopted children she lovingly cared for and protected as her own.�She had been living in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the time of her passing and will be coming home to rest with her daughter, at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church in Gonzales, Louisiana.
