Obituary of Jacqueline Erika Cheatham

Jacqueline Erika Cheatham, age 30 passed away on May 31, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on March 6, 1992, to Jeffrey and Patricia Cheatham in Fort Carson, Colorado. Jacque went to high school at Sierra High School and graduated in 2010.Jacque loved everyone, loved to laugh, read, scrapbooking, art, & drawing. She was straight to the point and brutally honest. Jacque accepted Christ at a young age. She is preceded in death by her, son Justyce Elijah Cheatham; mother, Patricia Diane (Pelt) Cheatham; grandfather, Jeff Cheatham; and great-grandmother. Jacque is survived by her father, Jeffrey (Renae) Cheatham of Fort Worth, Texas, brothers, James Stevens, Patrick Pettiford, and Phillip Pettiford all of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Keyunta, and DaMonte both of Fort Worth, Texas; sister, LaToya Blevins of Forth Worth, Texas; grandmother, Anna Cheatham of Fayetteville, North Carolina; aunts, Sandra (Scottie) Cheatham-Patterson of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Fay Cheatham-Brown of Durham, North Carolina; Mama Lisa Dortch, and nieces, nephews, cousins.Jacque never complained about her illness. She would only say, "things could always be better, but it's just part of the process."
