Obituary of Leda Parcon Fretwell

Leda Parcon Fretwell, 84, passed away July 7, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born May 4, 1938 to Esteban Parcon and Aurea Dequina in Dumangas, Iloilo, Philippines.Leda went to High School at Dumangas, Iloilo High School and graduated in 1950. She went on to earn a degree in Midwifery from The Universaty of the Philippines. Leda worked as a Midwife for many years. She received numerous honors and awards.She enjoyed traveling, cooking, handycraft making, photography, flowers, comedy TV programs, collecting stuffed animals, and jewelry.Leda will be missed by all who knew her. She had a caring and giving nature. Her kind and generous spirit will be forever missed. Rest in peace. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all friends and well wishes.
