She was born on January 23, 1945 in Pontiac, Michigan to Clarence and Flora (Bullard) White.
Anne was a nurse.
Anne is survived by her three children, Lauri (Mark) Maloney, Frederick (Lisa) Higgins, and Christopher Higgins; and grandchildren, Jonathon Higgins, Railey Maloney, and Abigail Higgins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Flora White.
