He was born on February 9, 1942 in Superior, Wisconsin to Merle and Linea (Lindquist) Williams.
Norman was a roofer in the construction industry.
Norman is survived by his daughter, Holly (William) Crowell; son, Chris (Kim) Williams; grandchildren, Austin Williams, Alexis Lopez, and Zack Williams; and great-grandchildren, Emma Lopez and Elias Lopez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Linea Williams.
