Obituary of Nicole "Nicki" Ann Hyatte

Nicole "Nicki" Ann Hyatte was a deeply loved daughter, sister, and friend, who passed away October 9, 2022. Nicki lived her entire life as a proud Colorado Springs, Colorado native. The Falcon High School graduate followed her calling in the service industry. She always enjoyed interacting with her customers, and was never hesitant to lend an ear or offer advice, solicited or not! Nicki loved when the weather would turn cold and the snow would begin to fall. The cold weather allowed Nicki to spend more time indoors and dive into her favorite hobby, reading. She loved losing herself in a good book, but there is no counting the amount of times she read the Harry Potter collection. If there was another passion that rivaled her love of reading, it was hockey. Nicki was a die-hard Colorado Avalanche fan, and loved her Friday and Saturday nights rooting on the CC Tigers! Nicki followed her family's passion for crafts, and enjoyed working on projects with her "nerd herd." These ladies spent numerous trips scouring fabric shops while also sampling local margaritas. Nicki loved sewing purses, blankets, and gifts for those she loved. She will be remembered for her smile, her infectious laugh, and the way she cared for others.
