Ruth Elaine Fast, 98, passed away on October 25, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on February 22, 1924 in Hillsboro, Kansas to Leslie and Myrtle (Ault) Taylor. Ruth was a homemaker. Ruth is survived by her sons, Bruce Fast, and Bryce Fast; her daughter, Vicki Morton; her sisters, Phyllis McNeiley, and Virginia Carl; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Henry Fast; and her parents, Leslie and Myrtle Taylor.
