Obituary of Noemi Amy Scheller

Amy Scheller passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 67 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband, Steve Scheller; her three sons, Leonard Hockett III, Adrian Hockett, and Dakota Scheller; her parents, Beatriz and Ernesto Juarez; her siblings, Estela, Gloria, Rosie, Cyndi, and Ernie; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Amy grew up in El Paso, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso. She soon became an entrepreneur and successful businesswoman highly respected by the business community. She was a vivacious person with numerous interests and hobbies. She had a passion for rocks, minerals, and gems. She loved music and could sing and play the guitar. She also loved the outdoors, traveling and hiking often with her beloved dog Sam. Amy will be missed by all her family, friends, and business associates.
