Obituary of Susan Marie Walter

Susan Marie Walter, 76, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on November 23, 2022. She was born on September 11, 1946 to Jesse and Phyllis Berry in Portland, Oregon. Susan went to high school in Portland, Oregon and graduated in 1964. She went on to earn a degree in cosmetology. Susan worked as a hairdresser for many years. Susan enjoyed sharing her love of Jesus with all those around her. She loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart, was a prayer warrior, had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved her friends deeply. Her sense of style brought joy to everyone. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul; her parents; and two sisters. Susan is survived by her nephew, Tom; niece, Jenny of Oregon; and a variety of good friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Servant Senders, P.O. Box 17842, El Paso, Texas 79917. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to friends, Marie and Myrna, as well as the National PACE Association and Susan's hospice. Susan was cremated and her ashes were joined to rest with Paul.
