Elaine Louise Kaiser, 85, passed away on December 1, 2022 in Peyton, Colorado.
She was born on May 25, 1937 in Great Bend, Kansas to Millard and Helen (Brooks) Clothier.
Elaine was a county assessor for the city government.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Gina R. (Bill Miller) Kaiser; and her sister, Jolene (Claude) Juvera.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Joseph Kaiser; her parents, Millard and Helen Clothier; and her brothers, Millard Clothier, Jr., and Robert Clothier.
