Obituary of Melinda Kathleen Mazerall

Melinda Kathleen Mazerall, born on April 12, 1978 in Libertyville, Illinois, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on December 23, 2022 after an eight-year battle with breast cancer. After starting her family, and amidst her battles with cancer, Melinda still found the drive to pursue a career in healthcare. Upon graduation, she acquired a job in Hugo, Colorado at the Lincoln Community Hospital working as a patient access clerk. In her free time, some of Melinda's favorite things to do were going shopping, camping, going out with her friends and co-workers, and spending time with her mom, kids, and beloved dog Ottie. Melinda is survived by her partner, Sherman Logan; her three kids, Marcus Mazerall, Mya Mazerall, and Amara Logan-Mazerall; her siblings, Missy Wilkinson, Mike Wilkinson, Mark Mazerall, and Carrie Mazerall; her parents, Mark and Kathy Mazerall; many nephews; and a niece. Also surviving her are numerous extended family members; many cherished friends; and her co-workers.
